What happens to my digital business cards if I cancel or downgrade?

Your cards and dynamic QR codes remain active until the end of your billing cycle. If you decide not to renew, your account transitions to a read-only state. Your existing printed cards will continue to work without third-party advertisements.

Can I connect my own custom domain (e.g., card.mybrand.com)?

Yes! Custom domains are included free on Business Plus, Legendary, Agency, and Enterprise plans (and available as an add-on on Startup for $10/mo). We provide free automatic SSL certificates and easy DNS configuration instructions.

How does the yearly vs. monthly billing discount work?

Annual billing provides up to 35% savings compared to month-to-month billing. For example, the Startup plan is $15/month ($180/year), but only $100 when billed annually ($8.33/month effective).
